We're looking for a Business Growth Coordinator!

We’re looking for a bright and motivated individual who is eager to help us curate new opportunities with local, state, and national organizations, manage award coordination, and lead customer outreach campaigns.

Here’s what that position looks like!

SPECIFIC DUTIES – Speaking Engagements and Branding

  • Calling real estate boards and associations to identify and submit applications for speaking/training opportunities
  • Coordinating award opportunities to help us build brand awareness
  • Digital contract management
  • Light event planning and coordination

SPECIFIC DUTIES – Past & Current Clients

  • Help to maintain customer database and work with the team to fine-tune a consistent follow-up system with past customers and clients
  • Create and manage a follow-up system via emails and letters to generate post-live seminar sales
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers as well as past and current decision-makers

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • A serious self-starter (with a sense of humor)
  • MUST work well with a CRM database (Zoho & Keap a plus) with logging calls, tracking notes, filling in fields, and using built-in email system to follow up.
  • Someone with the ability to effectively manage their time
  • Outbound call experience a plus
  • No fear of the phone
  • Proficient in Microsoft office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Charismatic personality
  • Research and development proficiencies
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, and flexibility to shift projects as priorities change
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively
