Clearing Your Cache
Hey, Power Agents!
We've identified an issue that is causing some of our members in Chrome to not be able to access the Classroom (it is getting stuck in a "Log in" loop).
Clearing your cache/cookies and closing and reopening your browser should fix this issue! See how to clear your cache/cookies above or use the steps below:
- Head to your Chrome settings using the 3 Dots in the upper right-hand corner of your browser. Or type chrome://settings into your URL bar.
- Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
- Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
- Click Clear data.
- Close Chrome.
- Reopen Chrome!
