POWER AGENT® Referral Partner Terms of Service

By signing up for the referral program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Program Eligibility: The referral program is open to all existing members of our POWER AGENT membership program. To participate in the referral program, you must have an active membership and a unique referral link.

Referral Rewards: When a new member signs up for the POWER AGENT membership program using your unique referral link, you will receive a referral reward of $10. The new member must purchase at least one month of the POWER AGENT membership program for $47 for you to qualify for the referral reward.

One Reward per Referred Member: Only one referral partner will be rewarded for each new member who signs up for the POWER AGENT membership program using a referral link. If two or more referral partners refer the same person, the last referral partner's link that was clicked will receive the referral reward.

Referral Expiration: Referral links are valid for 60 days from the date of issuance. If a new member signs up for the POWER AGENT membership program using your referral link after the 60-day expiration period, you will not be eligible for the referral reward.

Fraudulent Activity: We reserve the right to disqualify any referral or reward that we suspect to be fraudulent, suspicious, or in violation of the referral program terms and conditions.

Modification or Termination of the Program: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to disqualify any referral partner or reward at any time for any reason.

Personal Data: We may collect and use personal data from referral partners and referred members as part of the referral program. By participating in the referral program, you agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Credit Card Disputes: We reserve the right to deny any rewards that have been credited to a referral partner's account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the referral was not made in good faith or if there is any suspicion of fraud or abuse or if any referees disputed their payment with their credit card.

We also reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate the referral program at any time, without notice, for any reason.

By participating in our referral program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with these terms and conditions, please do not participate in the referral program.
