She’s our behind-the-screens powerhouse, making sure every classroom upload, website update, campaign asset, and training link is exactly where it needs to be (and incredibly organized, we might add). From coordinating content updates to submitting translations to triple-checking that emails land in the inboxes they are meant to, Aileen brings precision and care to every single task.

But what truly sets her apart? Her heart. Aileen is the first to say, “I can help,” the one who shows up when others are overwhelmed, and the steady, kind presence you can count on in any project. She tackles new tasks with curiosity and calm, supports her teammates without hesitation, and makes the digital chaos look like a perfectly choreographed dance.
