Our market is swiftly changing, and while I’m one of the first in line to talk about the importance of life balance, making time to prospect weekly should be a top priority for agents. Now is the time to build market share.
This week, I want to review the four different types of listing conversations and what you should take as your approach to each one.
- Sphere — or past customers/clients/trusted relationships
- Referrals — how to acknowledge referral and transition to be the resource to be trusted
- Expireds — sellers who are already familiar with the process and tools, but need to re-establish trust and confidence in a new agent
- FSBOs — may or may not have knowledge of the tools/resources/value you bring to the table
Here’s my challenge — schedule your family time – your personal time — your down time. But make room in the coming months to up your game. Now is the time to build, and we’re here to help you do that.
