1. Remind to Recommend for Referrals and Repeats
Your sphere of influence, community, past clients, and databases are all unique groups—and they deserve unique messages. Don’t just say, “If you’re thinking of selling, think of me.” Instead, tailor your communication: be warm and relational with friends, professional and approachable in your farm, and proactive with nurtured leads. Keep these reminders consistent, creative, and authentic, so your name stays top of mind when the time is right.

2. Expand, Explore, and Evaluate Your Business Pillars
A healthy real estate business doesn’t rely on one source of income. Traci breaks it down: past clients and referrals, agent-to-agent referrals, community farming, and lead generation all play a role. Track your numbers closely. How many calls lead to conversations? How many conversations turn into appointments? Evaluate regularly and pivot when needed—the market doesn’t define your business, you do.
3. Mindset, Momentum, and Motivation
Traci’s motto: Be Shamelessly Unstoppable. The right mindset builds momentum, and momentum fuels motivation. Track your wins, celebrate them publicly, and keep positivity front and center—for yourself and your clients. Share your energy with your community, because when they see your enthusiasm and dedication, they see your value.

At the end of each day, ask three questions:

This simple self-check keeps you honest, focused, and moving forward. Real estate is your business—you are your boss. Show up, track your leads, and commit to doing the work that drives results.
5. Go the Extra Mile—Always
The most successful agents go beyond the transaction. Host events like shredding days, subdivision yard sales, or portraits in the park. Sponsor community causes. Deliver SMILE Stops™ or client appreciation gifts. These touches make you unforgettable, build loyalty, and show clients you’re more than an agent—you’re a partner in their community.
